48. Pokemon Stadium and XD Gale of Darkness Fun Facts

Join us as we share some fun facts about 2 of our favorite Pokemon spin-off games including Pokemon: XD Gale of Darkness on the GameCube and Pokemon Stadium for N64. Some of the fun facts include:

• Influences for Miror B's Character
• The Pokemon Stadium Released in the US was not the 1st Pokemon Stadium Game
• 2 Gen IV Pokemon Make an Appearance in XD Gale of Darkness, even though this game was released during Gen III. 
• XD Gale of Darkness and Colosseum are the only games after Gen II are the only games that you cannot pick a female character.
• Shiny Pokemon are available in Pokemon Stadium
• There is a trainer who battles you with a party 7 Pokemon in XD Gale of Darkness
• Surfing Pikachu Exists in Pokemon Stadium
• Yellow Version Pikachu says its name instead of doing it's typical Pokemon cry
• Dr. Kaminko is based off of a traditional Japanese concept of inventing things that either don't work or cause more issues that it solves
• Lance did not use Dragonite in Pokemon Stadium
• XD Gale of Darkness was supposed to be more of Color Version game (e.g. Red Version, Blue Version) instead of being a sequel to Colosseum
• Electabuzz has 6 fingers on each hand in Pokemon Stadium
• Confused Pokemon might reveal the move it tried to use in Pokemon Stadium
• The term "Eeveelution" was officially used in the Player's Guide for Pokemon Stadium 2
